Special Stitches
Lace Pattern (worked over a multiple of 5 sts)
Rnd 1: Knit.
Rnd 2: *P2, yo, CDD, yo; rep from * to end of rnd.
Rep Rnds 1-2 for patt.
Center Double Decrease (CDD)
Slip next 2 sts from LH needle to RH needle as if to knit two together. Knit next stitch on the left knitting needle. Insert LH needle into two slipped sts and pass them over first st and off needle.

This scarf is worked in the round with simple garter stitch borders and a two-row lace pattern in between.
