Size: 12.75” circumference (but scrunches to 7”)
Gauge: 22 sts and 28 rows = 4” [10 cm] in St st, blocked
Materials
Yarn: Fibra Natura Whisper Lace (70% Superwash Wool, 30% Silk; 440 yards [402 meters]/50 grams): 204 Cloudy Morning (A, 1 ball), 104 Fog (B, 1 ball)
Needle: US size 4 (3.5 mm) straight
Notions: Tapestry needle, 8” piece of ½” wide elastic, sewing needle and thread

Scrunchie is worked flat and seamed.
Bow is worked flat and sewn to the scrunchie.

Scrunchie
With A, CO 70 sts.
Work even in St st until piece meas 2.75” from CO edge. BO all sts.
Bow
With B, CO 20 sts.
Work even in St st until piece meas 20” from CO edge. BO all sts.
Finishing
Weave in ends and block pieces.
Scrunchie
Sew CO and BO edges together.
Insert elastic into Scrunchie. Overlap ends of elastic by .5” and sew together securely using sewing thread and needle.
Sew sides of Scrunchie together.
Bow
Tie bow neatly into a simple bow.
Sew back of the knot from Bow to Scrunchie using sewing needle and thread.
