Rep Rows 1-19 as Top Ruffle

Work in St st for 10 rows.

BO all sts.

Finishing

Block pieces gently. Weave in ends.

Assembly

Lay front and back together with wrong sides facing. Sew together at side seams and shoulder.

Sew ends of Top Ruffle together to form a continuous loop. Align with angled neckline and sew evenly in place, taking care not to pull too tightly.

Sew ends of Under Ruffle together to form a continuous loop. Sew underneath Top Ruffle, attaching it to the seam between the angled neckline and Top Ruffle.

Weave in all rem ends.
