Shayna is an exploration in subtle stitch patterns and beginner friendly knits. The shrug is a simple, large rectangle knit flat in an easy twist stitch pattern with a thick seed stitch border on the top and bottom edges. It’s then folded in half and seamed up the sides, stopping short of the fold to make the armholes. Lastly, the sleeve borders are added by picking up around the armholes and knitting in seed stitch in the round for a few inches.
