Stitch Pattern
Brk: Knit st tog with its companion yo
Sl1yof: Insert needle purlwise wyif, place yarn over needle to back, then between needles to front, slip st and the companion yo to right needle

Rnd 1: *P1, sl1yof; rep from * to end.
Rnd 2: *P1, brk; rep from * to end.
Rep Rnds 1-2 for patt.

Body
Rnd 1: Work Half-Brioche patt to 1 st before m, p1, sl m, knit to end.
Rnd 2: Cont Half-Brioche patt to 1 st before m, p1, sl m, purl to end.
Rep Rnds 1-2 until piece meas 7.75” / [19.75 cm], ending with Rnd 2 of Half-Brioche patt.
Top Edging
