Pattern Notes
This lace pattern opens up considerably with blocking. Gauge is not essential, and this pattern could easily be knit in any weight yarn.
Pattern
CO 160 sts while holding both ends of the circular needle together so that you’re casting on over both needles. This will ensure that you have an extra stretchy cast on. Join to knit in the round, being careful not to twist. Pm for beginning of round.
Row 1: *K2, (yo, pull the last st over the yo) 4 times; rep from * to end.
Row 2: *K1, (yo, pull the last st over the yo) 4 times, k1, rep from * to end.
Repeat Rows 1-2 10 more times or until you have about 20 grams of yarn left.
BO all sts very loosely.
Finishing
Wash and block so that lace opens up. When scarf is completely dry remove pins, weave in ends, and trim.
