Needle: US size 8 (5.0 mm) 16” needles

Special Stitches

Basketweave Pattern

Rnds 1-3: *K3, p3; repeat from * around.
Rnds 4-6: *P3, k3; repeat from * around.
Repeat Rounds 1-6 for pattern.

Pattern

Cast on 108 sts. Place marker to indicate beginning of round and join, being careful not to twist sts.
Rnd 1: Knit around.
Rnd 2: Purl around.
Starting with Round 1 of Basketweave Pattern, work until piece measures 4¾” (12 cm).
Next round: Purl around.
Bind off knitwise.

Finishing

Weave in all loose ends.
