Special Stitches
Small stars – embroider small stars by sewing a vertical stitch across 1 st, then working a second vertical stitch to meet it. Embroider horizontal stitches, each across 1 st, to meet in the center, to form a cross shape. Rep on each diagonal.
Large stars – embroider vertical and horizontal stitches over 2 sts, and diagonal stitches over 1 st.
Tall stars – embroider vertical stitches over 3 sts, horizontal stitches over 2 sts, and diagonal stitches over 1 st.
