Each mitten is worked cuff down. There are five arm sizes to choose from. When you start the hand portion of the mitten, there will be a choice of three hand sizes.

With smaller needles and long-tailed CO method, CO 42 (46, 50, 54, 60) sts. Place marker to mark beg of rnds, join in the rnd, being careful not to twist sts.
Work 9 (9, 12, 12, 12) rnds of K1, P1 Ribbing, slipping end of rnd marker as you come to it here and throughout the rest of the pattern, until instructed otherwise.
Arm Sleeve
Change to larger needles.
Set-up Rnd: K13 (15, 17, 19, 22) sts, PM, p2, k12, p2, PM, k13 (15, 17, 19, 22) sts.
