A Note from the Editor

Freshly fallen leaves adding pops of color to the green grass, shiny apples coated in thick caramel, cozy evenings spent lounging by the fire – it’s hard to imagine a more inviting season than autumn. And I don’t know if it’s just me, but the itch to create becomes almost unbearable during these cooler months. And even though I have a pretty large selection of warmer knits, I still find myself saving patterns to my Ravelry profile at an alarming rate. This makes me wonder: can someone ever have too many cowls or sweaters?

Here at the I Like Knitting headquarters, we like to think the answer to that question is a resounding no. If you’re of a similar mindset, you’re probably already on the hunt for some fresh and exciting designs to grace your knitting needles. That’s where this issue comes into play.
