Top It Off
Summer is the season of the tank top — a quick cover-up that still leaves you free to catch some rays. Our Zaya Tied Tank features flirty straps, playful peplum pleats, and a beautiful smocked bodice. This is not a plain tank! This intermediate pattern gives you a great excuse to head out to the beach or dress it up with a flirty skirt for fun brunch with friends.
The Santorini Stripes Asymmetrical Tank is worked flat from the bottom up and with just one side seam. The pattern uses short rows to create the eye-catch asymmetrical hem. Make this advanced project with or without color changes. Or maybe you’ll go for the Kendall Lacy Tank with a v-neckline on one side and a round neckline on the other. It’s like having two tanks in one! Our Top It Off section is full of fun sleeveless patterns in a wide variety of styles. Cast on summer style your way!
This is Bliss

Island State of Mind
Some of the patterns in our June 2022 issue will put you in an island state of mind. Take Sally’s Beachcomber Bag, for example. Glittering sea glass beads and bright shells give this easy weekend project a tropical look that will make you want to head to the beach. But this bulky cotton yarn bag will work just as well as a shopping bag for any-day use. Who says shopping bags have to be boring? Break away from the ho-hum reusable bags and tote something stylish!
If you can’t get to the seashore, bring the seashore to you.
