I am Cristina, the knitting and crochet designer behind crisdvic.  I live in a beautiful town near Barcelona, where I have my workspace and dedicate myself to a hobby that began in my childhood. I enjoy slow and mindful handicraft work, quick and simple projects, but also challenges.

My inspiration may come from everywhere, but it usually starts from a skein of yarn, a color, and the “someone” (even myself) intended to wear or use the finished craft. I like to mix textures and colors, but usually keeping a soft, relaxing look.

I believe that slow and mindful handicraft work can be a powerful tool for self-expression and stress relief, and I strive to share that joy with you.

An ethereal oversize semi-cropped, balloon-sleeve sweater perfect to wear alone or combined with an underneath top. Elora mixes two different fibers (silk and mohair) in the same color palette to create this airy and delicate feeling. This sweater will look amazing combined with a casual dress, a more sophisticated pencil skirt or with your favorite pair of jeans.

Lidia Tied Fringe Shawl

A winged shawl designed big enough to be folded in the shoulders and tied around the waist for extra warmth. The addition of a double knot fringe along the top edge brings additional originality to the piece. The combination of cotton and linen will provide texture, lightness, rusticity and a subtle shine. Mostly knitted in basic double seed/moss stitch, the shawl is reversible and ends with a simple eyelet pattern.

Kairi Tank

Kairi is a semi-cropped and loose sleeveless tank that’s perfect for summer and can be converted to a vest for late spring or end-of summer colder days. Its oversized shape allows it to easily fit any body type without too much effort in sizing. Mostly knitted in basic stockinette, this piece incorporates eyelet sections in the shoulders and hip to provide interest during your knitting.
