Queen’s Elegant Cables Scarf

Queen’s Elegant Cables is a knitted cable scarf. Wide enough to provide ample warmth and coverage but lacy and delicate enough to not be too stifling on those nicer fall days, this cabled scarf is the perfect fall accessory.

Needles: US size 7 (4.5 mm) 24” circular knitting needle, or size needed to obtain gauge

Pattern Notes

Scarf is worked flat, from one end to another.
This scarf has a distinct right and wrong sides.
If substituting the yarn, choose a 100% wool yarn which shows off cable stitch patterns & takes well to blocking.
Three stitches each at the beginning and end of each row are worked in garter stitch. The sides tend to fold into the scarf before blocking. Wet blocking should remove these folds making the scarf to lie flat.
