Notions: Tapestry needle
Pattern Notes
The coasters will be made in one solid color. To finish, use the duplicate stitch with the tapestry needle to embellish the coaster using the graph.
Pattern
CO 18 sts.
Rows 1-6: Knit.
Rows 7-23 (odd numbered rows): K3, p12, k3.
Rows 8-22 (even numbered rows): Knit.
Rows 24-29: Knit.
Bind off knitwise.
Finishing
Use the graphs and yarn needle to duplicate stitch the pattern into the stockinette middle section.
